Awesome Oscillator indicator
Awesome Oscillator is translated as "wonderful" or "amazing" oscillator. Its creator is the famous stock trader Bill Williams. He developed this indicator for use in his Profitunity trading system. The Awesome Oscillator is based on the difference between two Simple Moving Averages (SMA). The indicator is built in a separate window under the asset price chart.
Evaluation of the current convergence / divergence of the fast and slow SMA makes it possible to determine the direction and strength of the price movement, and also shows potential trend reversal points on the chart. If the Awesome Oscillator grows and shows new highs, then there is an uptrend in the market, if it decreases and updates local lows, then there is a downtrend in the game.
