Deluge

Deluge is a free cross-platform torrent client. This application also has an easy installation, user-friendly interface and good functionality.

It was originally developed for Linux, but then it was adapted for Windows.

Among the shortcomings, one can single out poor localization, i.e. only part of the program has a translation into Russian.
