Resort Cala San Vicente in Mallorca
Set off the quieter northern coasts of Mallorca, the beach resort of Cala San Vicente is 30 kilometers northeast of Palma. For the more energetic and active holidaymaker, Cala San Vicente offers many sports options including diving, water skiing, sailing, horseback riding and golf. There are several excellent golf courses near the resort for gamers to enjoy.
The weather in Cala San Vicente is slightly cooler than on the south coast of Mallorca, but it is still hot in the summer and mild in the short winter. The resort is popular with vacationers who prefer slightly dry cool temperatures than those in the southern part of the island. April passes with temperatures around 20°C, which reaches around 28C in August. June, July and August with blue skies, 11 hours of sunshine per day and little rain. Cala San Vicente is very popular with holidaymakers at Christmas and New Year's, when the temperature in the resort reaches 14C.
